Steve Mitchell is Managing Director of Argonaut Private Equity, a venture capital and buyout firm dedicated to financing and growing emerging market leaders. Mr. Mitchell currently sits on the Boards of Directors of: Global Client Solutions, Westec Intelligent Surveillance, Yulex Corporation, Solyndra, Stepstone Group, Southwest United Industries, Green Hills Software, Newmans Valve, and Aspen Aerogels.
Prior to joining Argonaut, Mr. Mitchell was a Principal in both Radical Incubation and 2929 Entertainment, where he led acquisitions and investments primarily focused in the media, sports and entertainment sectors. He previously was a corporate attorney at Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher specializing in mergers and acquisitions. Mr. Mitchell is a graduate of Baylor University and the University of San Diego School Of Law.
